Pros

The balancefrom 3 in 1 foam plyometric box is a decent choice for anyone looking for a versatile and durable option for their plyometric workout routine. My only complaint is the 30’ height is unstable for me.

It’s very well made, and less intimidating than plywood. The box is fairly sturdy.

This is used by me and two teenage kids. Multi use. With fatigue, this becomes more difficult though.

The padding is just the right amount to add safety but not sacrifice sturdiness. I also like to use the box for thrusts, because the foam is softer than my bench.

Cons

The box is made of styrofoam panels glued together, inside a zippered outer layer. The inside box is smaller than the outside bag and it ruffles tremendously.
