It is consistently flavored and mixes well with the cinnamon i combine it in. While it's not as concentrated as a vanilla bean paste, the vanilla flavor is substantial and feels balanced.
While it won't infuse as much flavor just sprinkled on top, i love to add it to muffins before baking to add some visual texture and a heady vanilla fragrance.
This is the best vanilla sugar i've purchased. This sugar is exactly what i needed. This does the trick!
Skip the cheap imitation vanilla sugar. It's a little pricey but worth it. This is my 2nd time that i ordered from this seller.

I lked it had a good flavor added it to my ofee and it smelled really nice a well but as with other reviewers the bottom of my coffee cup contained all the bits of the vanilla bean

Just be aware that if you use a lot in drinks the vanilla specks pile up and are almost like coffee grounds gritty

Where it contains actual ground vanilla beans its not going to just 34disappear34 into your drink or dessert so its perfect for adding a bit of vanilla bean 34authenticity34 to a creme pudding or baked goods
