Stainless steel pan is sturdy and weighty, unlike those cheaply made & thin aluminum pans. Cleans easily with only a sponge when soaked briefly, no scratching.

This 8x10 cookie sheet utilizes every square inch of my oven's interior. It's a bit snug bit not in a negative way at all. For baking, we use the non-stick type of baking sheets that amazon offers.

It is heavy and solidly built, but the engineering is faulty. Pan immediately warped during cooking. It straightens out once cooled.
