Pros

Stainless steel trays are anti-rust with high edges to contain juices and crumbs. They're not heavy but also not flimsy. They are heavy duty and the stainless steel is thicker than i thought they would be.

These pans are so smooth, and easy to clean, it's like nonstick without the chemical coating. Machine washable and pretty indestructible.

The size looks like we’ll be able to bake a half dozen cookies on each tray. I use these as trays while making products so don’t know how it is for baking.

Priced very affordably for such nice cooking sheets. These are really nice, a big upgrade from most sheets this size. I always line my baking sheets, it makes for easier clean up, and it keeps the baking sheet from getting scratched.

Cons

Commercial grade is a lie. They bend when in the oven. I don't like this particular tray because it was not what i wanted.
