I got this book by recommendation of a friend and i have been more than happy with the content


It would be wonderful for those of us who have invested in quality kitchen scales to get some use out of them with this book


I am puzzled by the negative reviews i have seen


It is a high quality book with lots of pictures and clear explanations

Packaging/appearance


Any amature baker could follow and develop the methods of production and aceive the results as illistrated in the bood


It was written before the glutenfree craze and its all about wheat flour

    Some of the recipes ive tried most notably the crumb topping for the coffee cake have serious typos

    If youre looking for cakes try something by rose levy beranbaum for breads look at peter reinhart
