Pros

This mat works great. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's super awesome - all of that. Plus all the information on it is a plus.

Kinda discolor, but nice protection for the cook top. It’s much thinner than my silpat mats.

Yes, it seems greasy when you first get it. Clean up is a breeze now. Wipes clean (usually don't have to clean at all with this type of use).

Cons

The product is an extremely thin silicon coating over a piece of fiberglass cloth. Received a mat with a 20% coupon. It's very difficult to transfer the pizza to the pan after shaping because the material is so flimsy.
