Looks nice and works well but the hole for hangers is too small and only fits two plastic hangers

The only problem we had was that the shoulder strap broke the loop where it connects to the bag tore off

Upon learning of my experience the staff at bagsmart contacted me to apologize replaced my defective bag free of charge and assured me that the problem with the faulty d ring had already been rectified in the bag design and manufacture
