Pros

This author has several books that are highly motivating. Love the mantra section. This book rocks as a game plan to create lasting habits.

If you like her style, this one is a keeper. I appreciate her ability to commuicate a difficult process in a conversational and easy way. And my only complaint is i wish she would write more books, since she really gives great advice.

The book comes off like a dupe/copy cat money grab, unfortunately. I wonder if the author knows about the huge percentage of women suffer from eating disorders and unhealthy body image, and the ennui that comes a never-ending consumerism treadmill.
