Pros
After laying eggs on milkweed we move them into our sunroom or a habitat like this. They are very easy to root for future plants. The velcro tab is a little off and doesn't close well, but our caterpillars haven't been too interested in escaping.
Cons
Other kits offer absolutely free larvae delivery. Go with insect lore instead. Based on what i am reading here, the coming is not viable and you will not be able to get the caterpillars for the $5.

This worked well to help me hatch my cocoons however the velcro strap doesnt make it a great choice for growing caterpillars as they could escape
