Pros & Cons
Pros
This is a game changer over even clip on the back lids. It pivots around a machine screw on either side allowing it to be opened and closed without having to remove it and hang it on hooks. Still rust free.
It keeps the pollen, water, cottonwood, etc. Out of the grill. Only downside is it's a little pricey for being sheet metal.
Cons
When attempting to screw in the side brackets the hardware was more difficult to turn than it should have been. This is not from cross threading the screws. This causes the camp chef screws to bind on the bracket and in my case ruined the threads.

I wish there was a way to rate the seller and the product separately the seller is five stars for sure
The paint will quickly get weird across the back top if you heat the griddle with the lid down
