Pros

It's narrower than your hips, so your hips semi-spill over the seat. I have 3 back joy seats and find they really relieve my back discomfort when sitting on any soft chair or sofa.

Backjoy is very light and portable. Works on the bed, on the couch, and on the desk.

Iam very happy with it. Highly recommended.

Cons

Do yourself a favor and get yourself a couple of 15 minute neck massages from a kiosk in your local mall. Struggling with si joint laxity and constant low back discomfort.
