Pros

This product is awesome! Truly a miracle. I use it everyday and it is a game changer.

The cushioning isn’t too in-the-way, though small adjustments are slightly more difficult. It is comfortable to sit on, but it can cause some discomfort if you are not used to sitting up correctly in a chair. Very soft fabric, comfortable fabric.

Being thin and lightweight is a must for the car. Great for long airplane rides to relieve lower & upper back pain. My back still gets sore after 10-12 hour flights but not nearly as bad as it used to.

Cons

Seems like a flawed design. It is too small. It says med-xl and i am not that large! Thanks for the hassle-free and fast shipping, not so much for this product.

With the backjoy i can drive or ride for 2 or more hours mostly pain free

Perhaps if you are a petite person you would do better with the angel version

I drove 10 hrs weds with the backjoy

Price

I kept it but the jury is still out on whether or not is has helped me enough to be worth the cost

Packaging/appearance

I cant say that i feel the difference the gel makes while im sitting on the backjoy

Competitiveness

Its a whole different animal than the cheaper ones

For me that would have been worth the price tag
