Love the product and works well with the incense cones however the smell of the cones are really awful

Would have been 5 if the incense cones provided were of good quality

The burner itself is lovely but the incense that comes with it doesn’t work

So if you’re buying this one because of the free incense be aware it’s probably a false economy and you’ll have to buy some more just to see this work properly

I enjoy this item it shows good quality however when inspected further i noticed a chip on one of the leafs when i tried to get a replacement amazon couldnt fulfil or offer a partial refund for the damage

The hole that the insence is meant to go through is not centred either so not alot flows down

It is a little fiddly to use as the cone needs to be in just the right place and the burner needs to be away from any type of draft or it didnt work very well at all

Smoke flowing down is mesmerising but the supplied cones just smell of burnt wood and only burn for a matter of a few minutes
