Pros
The kids approve! I am a huge fan of organic foods and have experimented for years on how to get my children to eat things that are better for them. And my kids are so active they need the calories so, it's all good.
Cons
This is chalky in taste, grainy in texture and overall expensive for what it is. Compared to kraft is marginally better, but with products like auntie annie's there is no reason to pay for this when that's a far better alternative.

I would buy this again but it is not so good to make it the only organic boxed mac and cheese option in our pantry
