Overall i am very happy with the chisoft and would buy it again
It makes a big difference with the 3 levels for traction
I went with the chisoft because other reviewers stated that it came with instructions and could be returned if i didnt like it
I use the flat board not the one with the knobby things

I also own a bodyline backhuggar bucket seat thin lumbar cushion by bodyline that cost me about 30
I never thought that it would work being so inexpensive and simple but hey the price made it no great loss if it didnt work

Was able to walk even a few steps only with intense pain

Per the instructions the wide end should be positioned close to the base of your spine
