Materials and craftsman ship are onpar with the best knee brace i ever had

Its possible to do yoga while wearing the brace but i really think its better to wear in everyday life and save yoga practice as something else i just had shoulder surgery about six weeks ago and i have the beginnings of scoliosis in my spine and as soon as i started wearing the brace the pain in my armsshouldersneck and back stoped almost completely
