This little gem right here, it does the trick! It is wonderful. Comes with a protective cover for the lying snowflakes.

Great for neck, back, sciatica, arms hands feet…calves. I have a neuromuscular disease that causes non-stop muscle contractions 24 hours a day. I hope it relieves the pain.

I am always knotted up from crossfit.

Cons

The left roller makes obnoxious noises and doesn't move anymore. It now makes a loud grinding noise on the right side, when it hits a knot. My back is actually sore from when it rotates towards the spine and now my back is worse.

Within a couple of weeks, they all seem to malfunction in one way or another. Threw out packaging so probably can't return. Disappointing and shocking.

Not a fan of that. Very cheap product from a very cheap seller. Very disappointed with this product and won't be wasting my money getting another one.
