Pros
The three temp settings are at good levels - cool, low heat, normal heat. It has 2 speeds on a separate button. I use a kirby grip or nail file to flick it out every few months and the temp goes back to normal levels.
The babyliss hairdryer is very light and compact. Comes with a removable styling nozzle. Very long 3 metre cord is excellent.
Cons
The hairdryer is too heavy to my liking. Although the dryer is good, it is not for for blow drying at all!
Temperature fluctuates constantly, it's noisy, and after just four months it has started to cut out due to overheating. The heat has blistered and warped the plastic so it doesn't fit any more. If you are wearing jewellery it burns you.
Months after buying it it keeps cutting out because of the heat. Unable to return. Sent back for a refund.

The manufacturers have said its because i use the hairdryer on full heat which makes the nozzle expand and fall off
