The build quality is very nice and once assembled looked great in the babys room
It’s pretty easy to assemble and the quality has held up for our eldest daughter really well so far 2 years
I think the pen should be included with the purchase of this product

I will give 4 stars because is came with a bend and a chip like it was broke you can see in the picture but it wasn’t broke it doesn’t feel lose that’s why it wasn’t a big deal for us

When i first received the crib the metal support piece had a dent most likely during shipping since the part of the box above the dent also had a hole in it
