The reason for the 4 stars is because they were no instructions on how to make the bows it was everyones first time but after some trial and error and youtube videos they got the hang of it

You have to cut most of the flowers off the mesh which was very time consuming and then i had to cut down some of the felt rounds to make them the same size as some of the smaller flowers

The only thing i didnt like is that you have to measure and cut the elastic bands to your desired length and then hot glue them together

Also the flowers come in sets of 2 on mesh background so you have to cut the mesh off too
