Well i was very sceptical after 2 days no difference until i had a hot bath instead of a shower and it began to work

It works just as described i soaked my feet before putting the booties on left them on for an hour then the peeling started about a week later

I would suggest that you bathe your feet in warm water every night after using the mask and rub them with a towel to encourage peeling i’m not sure whether i would have had the same results if i didn’t
