So i will say yes the cotton is quite stiff out of the package

The fabric is a bit stiff out of packaging but softens a bit after washing

We love the snaps at the top very helpful when getting a wriggly baby or toddler ready for bed

We had gotten one as a handmedown and i believe my son was the third baby to wear it

I returned immediately and chose a different brand

Its a small thing but she hates when i do that on her other sleepsacks
