If your little one has sensitive skin i recommend covering the pillow with a cloth from the get go as the pillow itself cannot be machine washed

However because it is memory foam doesnt seem like you can wash it by just throwing it into the washing machine

Just one suggestion the pillow needs to be slightly flat around the nape of the neck and not the same height and width as the rest of the pillow
