Pros
It takes up very little space in a pack or suitcase. This comes in so handy when we camp.
It is very strong and holds the items securely. Seems sturdy and well worth the price. Well designed and built.
Cons
Clothes weigh it down very low towards the ground, no matter how high i hang it. Not worth the money.

Evidently you are to unknot one end of the bungee remove the cord locks and the spring pins to use it

You would be better off buying a bungee set from somewhere like harbor freight and pinning things to it
