Pros
The sound is quite acceptable and they are enjoyable to listen to while not compromising usability. These pick up my voice quite well and often times the people i'm chatting with are unaware that i'm not at my normal location.
The b&o earbuds are one of the best truly wireless earbud available. With the comply tips they block ambient sound and do not fall out. There's a memory foam tip option that makes these just amazing to wear.
I still have b&o gear that still works and sounds as perfect as the moment they were first powered on 20 years ago. Considering to purchase newer versions of the e8.
One of my favorite features is the passthrough. The touch controls are easy to use but are finicky at times. The ability to use the mic to allow in ambient noise is a nice touch.
Cons
B&o earbuds are good at design but terrible at sound quality. Left earbud only works if it's within a foot of the right. Noise cancellation is non existent.

I prefer mine set to the warmer end of the spectrum as earbuds in general tend to be quite harsh and tinny by nature being stuck inside your ear
