Highly recommended, this little guy is an excellent value! These are excellent small filters for the money. It also has small enough a 'footprint' so as not to be too distracting.

The aquaclear has great flow, great suction (adjustable), and comes with a pre-filter sponge. The media basket is fairly generous given the overall size of the filter, but it's still small and designed for vertical cartridge use.

I'm unimpressed. Spend the few extra dollars and get a aquaclear. Stopped working after 6 days of use.

Nice quiet filter i would change the media you get with the product to some ceramic rings and a good sponge

Even with the small space i still find it filters a small tank really well
