All in all this is a great quality product and i would highly recommend it to everyone
Have used this ice bag a few times now and it is excellent does the job it supposed to do would recommend this product

I did this by allowing the bad filled with water to get to halfway freezing and then put it on my knee for a few minutes and then put it back in the freeze
