Pros
Let it warm up in the house before you unroll it. Grips berber carpet very well. I like that it flattened out without curls very fast.
Floor mat protects wool carpet from being dragged or bunched up. Works just as it is supposed to on the hard wood floor. Chair rolls on it well without sliding off.
Cons
Even when i sit on it, the chair wheels make dents making it difficult to move. The plastic mat was cracked because of this. Wheels just sink in and get stuck.

I was a little worried when i could barely unroll it out of the box because it was hard and stiff

I unrolled and rerolled it the opposite direction held it for maybe a minute and then let it lay on the floor flat for a day

I put some heavy stuff on the 4 corners for a couple hours and then rolled it in the opposite direction
