However after contacting support at az they sent a link to a video that showed how to simply reset the toner after that the printer recognized that it had been replaced

I contacted mpscal of az supplies and they replaced the defective cartridge even though it had been in use for 5 months or so before the leak showed up

I would have given a 5 star but the yellow leaked but i was promptly sent a replacement cartridge that worked
