    Use this metal one to replace also replace the flat idler ayp179114 amazon b004hsbjwy but check your parts manual to be sure unfortunately its still plastic

    The moving one is bolted to the springloaded clutch bracket and the top of the bolt is carriage so you have to jam your fingers above and push it down to keep the square hole engaged while removing the nut on the bottom of the pullet its a real pain
