It cleans up very easily, which surprised me. It's so easy to clean, and i've put it in the dishwasher. The best but be careful, it scratches easily.

Im not sure why the ridges make such a difference but it definitely helps with the taste

It actually has a very nice weight to it although i would love to see better quality and design in the handles

Longevity will tell the truth in regards to the quality of the coating

In the brands defense the product info does tell you that the handle will get hot so at least they point it out from the get go
