Pros & Cons
Pros
Great product. Just as described & shipped fast. Works well but could use better instructions.
This is a must have if you are hooking up an aftermarket headunit and keeping your ford factory amp/sub. Imstalled on a pioneer avh-c2500 nex in an 04 f150.
Easy to add to harness. Came in good packaging and wiring diagram. Pretty self explanatory.
After installing this step down, zero noise. Used it to eliminate the factory 'pop' in my '05 mustang.
Cons
I never leave poor reviews or get bent out of shape over faulty products but this was just not okay. The product is clearly not tested before being shipped. This was the culprit all along.

Shipping
I can say that this 12 volt to 5 volt adapter was cheaper on amazon than at the audio shop and shipping was only one day
Packaging/appearance
Came in good packaging and wiring diagram but pretty self explanatory
Competitiveness
Works as advertised on a 2018 pioneer
