Pros

The fan is quiet on low and loud on high as i would expect. It is a twin fan unit with good suction, do not reduce vent size or you will not be happy. The filters are pretty easy to clean, which is a big plus.

Led task lighting is excellent and i like the dimmer feature, as well as the fan delay shutdown timer. Setting light brightness takes a bit of self-training, but anyone can master it. High quality and pulls a lot of air.

Buy a good bit extender too, to reach mounting holes. Hardwiring and longer screws were required. Only issue is that the cable location is non standard so had to bore a hole to get the plug up into the cabinet above. The package also includes wood scr... Read More

Cons

Stainless steel is brushed but looks poorly made and cheap. Suction is about 500cfm at best. Quite noisy at highest fan speed.
