This was working great until the bms on my ebike went haywire and essentially shorted letting the battery discharge fully

Fortunately everything else on the bike survived and still works once i replaced the bms but this stepdown converter started fizzling and smelling of ozone and now its dead

The connected lighting load on the bicycle is less than 2 amps at 12volts so the unit is loafing
