The outer layer is thin, spotty and sparse, so that you see the underlying base fabric. Bought as new but there was pilling throughout the hat. It even has "black hairs" (3) in the fabric.
For reference the circumference of the opening is only 36cm and has no stretch at all! I'm giving this a 1 because it should say infant size.

As mentioned the top is thin and after a few more wears it looks as though it may get some holes

Alot of reviews said it was small and didnt fit so i was skeptical to buy but did cause of the price and fingers crossed it would fit
