Pros

The usv32 brings a deep vacuum to the meat sitting in the chamber in some kind of bowl filled with marinade. The packages of smoked brisket did not deform (crush) the meat the way my food saver did.

It appears very well fabricated. Packaging and company overview is very modern and assuring.

Finally a chamber vacuum sealer at an affordable price. I hope it lasts a million years.

This unit is a legit combo of performance, footprint and price. The unit is heavy, but the nice handles on each side made the unit easy to move.

Cons

Just miserable. Lots of noise, no vacuum. I am really disappointed because all the others i can see are really bad quality.

This is a well built product and is very user friendly

Dont forget to press the top down after starting the sealing cycle or it wont come to vacuum

The lid also seems to make a creaking noise when its creating the vacuum

Price

Much lower bag cost is a big plus

It also means i can buy more bulk when its on sale

Packaging/appearance

The container and jar sealing hose and adapter that were also included are great for preserving

Once i opened the box further i found that the machine comes with a spare heater bar and replacement lid gasket
