Pros & Cons
Pros
The bottle opener hook is what sold them for me, as someone that prefers glass bottles over cans. They even reduce the time delay in replacement by mailing your new ones as soon as you send a photo of your receipt from the post-office.
Cons
Even tho they are supposedly made from aerospace grade titanium the frames are flimsy. The hinges become loose after a couple of months. These are not as strong as they advertise which is a bummer.
The sunglasses come with a life time warranty, but the customer service is terrible. It's a bit difficult to clean dust and other contaminant off the lens. I have several pairs of oakley's (all polarized) which i prefer over these.
Used their online chat and followed their instructions to send a pair back for exchange. They have an email address that comes inside the box that welcomes you to the william painter community and that is such a joke!
Highlights
Quality
No complaints at all on the lenses they seem to be of the same high quality as the rest of the product
Quick delivery great deal and amazing quality
Shipping
One negative thing regarding the shipping though but this is probably on amazon and not william painters fault
Competitiveness
His last glasses i bought from rayban cost me nearly 200
