Its major setback is just the fact that the link to instructions is incorrect and only takes you to the home screen of their website

So at first i thought the product would auto install have its own drivers built in i had to find their website then select the model on the website then find the right software wasnt sure which one i needed as their is something called avermedia assistthe software you need is recentral anyway the product works good but there have been a few odd connection issues i question whether it is the device i am using or whether it is the hdmi wire or something else
