I bought this video card because i wanted to keep the shows from my dvr on dish network

They never told me it would be encrypted and only through the dvr i would be able to watch them

First connect the card onto the pci and pop in the disc that comes in the box

Install all the drivers or the computer will not recognize the card

After installed you have to reboot the computer in order for it to recognize the card
