Good shampoo & although pricey, it's worth it. Cleans well and leaves hair soft. Smells great, cleans hair without drying it out, does help preserve color. Be sure to use with color conserve conditioner.

I love the aveda smell but i dont think other than the smell this product is worth the extra money

Cons costly i imagine if you do not like the scent or prefer scentless products that you may not like the scent of this even though it is not seemingly invasive or very strong
