Pros

The scent is amazing. The convenience of having it brought to my door is outstanding.

This conditioner works as advertised to tone down brassiness and brighten grays. This keeps the color from getting brassy. I get balayage and use this once in a while as a hair masque.

No more brittle hair. His hair looks healthy and scalp looks great.

Cons

I only get my blonde done once every three months, so having this darken my color was incredibly annoying. The packaging from the manufacturer is horrible. Leads me to believe this product may be counterfeit. It just seems to make my hair drier.

Would rather it come in a pump container rather than tube

There are cheaper products out there and ive tried many of them but nothing compares to this one

Others might not as it is a bit herbal but it is an aveda product so this sort of smell applies to most of their products

I thought i didnt need it because id used shimmer lights two days ago but i agreed
