Pros

Avchd video edit and convert files. For dvd films/videos just click on 'add file' button and from option folder/file select folder. Great for editing, converting & merging videos.

Cons

Very complicated. It edits but it does not burn. Main drawback is that it only allows installation on one computer. Possibly should have downloaded a supposedly free program before purchasing this.
