Pros
The meter reads my condition quite quickly but results do vary dependant which finger is inserted. It is not accurate like an ecg, but it is quite easy to see when af is occurring. I was diagnosed with copd, theirs is calibrated.
This one feels more lightweight. Sturdy as has been dropped a few times. Only downside is it doesn't come with batteries.
Works quite nicely and as expected. Just perfect. Does what it says on the tin.
It comes in a carrying pouch to keep it clean. It is illuminated to give a clear reading in dim light.
Cons
Either the other reviews are all lies or this particular unit is faulty. Either way it is not even close to being accurate. The screen was scratched. Sent it back.

It must be used whilst stationary otherwise the results are affected

My first impressions with this oximeter was that it was cheap and tacky its plastic construction does lend itself to that description
