It seems as though the cutouts arent really meant for any organized storage although there are ways to get things to fit in following the manufacturer picture

Easy enough to submerge for underwater shots but buoyant enough to not watch your camera sink into the depths by accident

The tripod bends well but i wouldnt trust it at a height that could cause damage if it falls

Also the head of the tripod is a ball and socket set up which is way too easily detached even inadvertently

The interior of the velcro strap is not as soft as another i have used hence the drop in a star rating for this particular item

I used the head harness for a spartan run and had no issues did notice i had it on until i attempted to climb a rope upside down and it almost fell off my head but i dont think this item was meant to be worn upside down
