The devise is a few weeks old and only started using it last weekend. The sound is also like tin, very little if any bass. These frustratingly defective ear buds are being returned.

Hated it. They need to make improvements.

Easy to use controls and great clarity in a small lightweight unit

On march 292023 the set had to be replaced because it would no longer accept a charge and the right ear piece was flaky

They last a long time between charging and recharge in less than an hour

For the price this is probably one of the best headphones on the market

I believe i originally paid around 25 so i will not be purchasing again at the current 40 price

Have a mother more expensive model but it’s used for the tv

I bought a separate ear unit for 35 and it sync easy to blue box i already had bought

Customer service did an awesome job of getting me a replacement for free

Customer service rep rie was wonderful and arrange for a free replacement to be sent out quickly

I contacted customer support and with there speedy response they had a replacement sent out in 2 days
