I think many people would assume it to be a small mp3 player rather than a bluetooth device.

It may take a few uses to remember how many times to press each button for the desired outcome (there are only 3 buttons) but it does mean it can easily be used without the need to look at it.

This didn't quite fit my needs so i have paired it with a set of betron dc950 earphones, bought on amazon for £14.

This enables me to keep the headphone cable down my back and out of the way, but access my phone quickly and easily to control music, texts, email etc (any excuse for a rest ;o)).

I cannot detect any difference in sound quality between the headphones connected directly to my phone, or via the adapter.

Sometimes the bluetooth connection stops and i don't know if it's from the phone or the avantree.
