Bought to help address my gerd and heartburn symptoms. Reduces reflux while sleeping.
It seems to have had a positive effect on someone that snores. Helps with his sleep apnea. An added bonus is my husband no longer seems to snore.
Cons
Cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once the compressed foam you receive is released and expands to full size, it is physically impossible to squeeze it back into the original shipping box.

With the addition the cover this makes a very nice practical solution
It did nothing to the foam as it maintained the same 7 inch incline with the mattress on it

Much better than books or risers the matress stay put does not slip off
It comes megacompressed and it slowly inflates once you set it free from the packaging

If you put this on top of your mattress it is too firm to actually sleep on unless you put a thick topper on it
