Pros
The quality is truly worth the price i bought it. Great product. Great customer service.
No leaks so far and not loud. Works fast and efficient with minimal noise. Only minus is the water flow is a little slower than my old cooler.
Cons
Water dispensing is ridiculously slow. Water dispensed by the cooler tastes dusty. It's stopped dispensing water and dripping from everywhere inside.
The hot water outlet has a safety lock, but very flimsy. The first quit heating after around 6 years. Spent a little more for a better unit. It's lasted 1.

Only issue i’ve had with it to date is that a few months ago the hot water valve began to leak water i’m assuming something came loose

You can also shut the hot and cold buttons off separately

Certain larger items like a coffee carafe will not fit between the dispenser and drainage grate
