As a tea drinker, i love having hot water ready any time i want it. It's easy to prepare a quick tea without having to boil water on the stove. There’s a chilled option too for those “can’t decide” people.

Water cooler is the biggest "where-have-you-been-all-my-life" moment since i bought my first bidet. No more buying cases of water at costco. Oh my aching back from the old top feed traditional water cooler.

Cons

After installing the new pump we plugged it is, and within 60 minutes it began leaking again. The only way the motor will pull water is if the door is shut or you manually hold the white trigger button. Get a reputable machine instead.

I have to dispense at least 16oz of water before it comes out cold which defeats the purpose of having a dispenser. Not worth the price, just put water in the refrigerator and save your money.

The box was fine, the dispenser itself is cheaply made. The tray is very hard to remove and fills w water, causing a mess and spill when you try to pull it off. Also dents on the water dispenser.

I just bought my 2nd one of these and within a week it started rattling and groaning just like my old one

Competitiveness

I did try two others different brandbrio and they were both crap so i definitely recommend this one

My only complaint is that it doesn’t get as cold as my last one different brand that i can no longer find
