Im giving it 4 stars because it hasnt worked perfectly two times in the two weeks since i installed it when ive turned the car on ive had to plug and unplug the cord multiple times for the audio system to register thats its connected

It would have been easier to replace the whole component rather than have to reuse the component housing and swap out the boards but it only took a few minutes and i saved a few bucks by purchasing just the electronic innards
